Cultivating the Arts

As spelled out in its Mission Statement, the Arts Council’s purpose is “to cultivate the arts within the community; to encourage participation in and appreciation of the arts, and to identify and promote talented individuals in the community.”

What started out as an effort to utilize the facilities at College Hill now involves all areas of our community, with performing and visual art experiences for all ages, in all locales, for all our citizens.
